Diamond Pulse terms of use

By using Diamond Pulse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms may be updated as the product changes, especially before accounts, subscriptions, cloud storage, or account-linking features launch.

Diamond Pulse is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment, San Diego Studio, PlayStation, Major League Baseball, MLBPA, or MLB Advanced Media. Names, marks, and game-related references belong to their respective owners.

Diamond Pulse provides informational tools and directional recommendations for MLB The Show Diamond Dynasty decisions. Market signals, roster reads, card rankings, program recommendations, pack-value estimates, flip scores, and inventory actions are not guarantees. You are responsible for your own in-game decisions.

Diamond Pulse uses terms such as value, market, flip, profit, risk, and expected value in the context of an entertainment video game economy. Nothing on the site is financial, gambling, tax, legal, or investment advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter, upload, paste, or save, including card prices, squad data, inventory rows, account details, and support messages. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to use.

You agree not to misuse Diamond Pulse, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, submit malicious code, impersonate others, violate applicable laws, or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service.

When accounts are enabled, you will be responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Diamond Pulse may suspend or limit access if account activity appears abusive, fraudulent, insecure, or harmful to the service.

Paid subscriptions are not finalized in this terms preview. Before billing goes live, Diamond Pulse should publish clearer terms for plan features, renewal timing, cancellation, refunds, trials, taxes, payment processors, and what happens when a subscription ends.

Diamond Pulse does not currently connect to Sony, PlayStation, MLB The Show, or console accounts. Any future account-linking feature should use a permitted, secure process and may require additional terms. You should not share console passwords or sensitive platform credentials with Diamond Pulse.

Diamond Pulse may depend on hosting, authentication, database, payment, analytics, email, or other service providers. The site may also link to third-party websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Diamond Pulse owns or licenses its site design, code, original text, tool logic, branding, and other original materials, except where third-party rights apply. You may use the site for personal gameplay decision support, but you may not copy, resell, or repackage the service without permission.

Diamond Pulse may change, pause, remove, or limit features at any time. The app may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, third-party service outages, API changes, data source changes, or other problems.

Diamond Pulse is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Diamond Pulse disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Diamond Pulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost game progress, lost in-game currency, market decisions, or account issues arising from use of the site.

Your use of Diamond Pulse is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains current local browser storage, future account data, and planned subscription data handling.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
